I had read about Hot Basil in The Pitch's review several months ago. Living in the Overland Park area and a lover of Thai food, I was anxious to try Hot Basil. It took me a few months to find someone that was interested in trying it out with me, but luckily I had tucked the restaurant information away in my head. I tried it, had a wonderful experience, and the food was delicious! Finally I had a dish that was the perfect amount of spice, yet flavorful. (I like my food EXTRA spicy!) I am making sure everyone in the KC area knows about Hot Basil!
